Manage prediabetes better with FITXP
See how each meal may affect your blood sugar — before you take a bite.
Prediabetes is when everyday food choices count most. Photograph your plate and FITXP estimates its carbohydrates, sugar, fiber and protein, and its Blood Sugar Impact: low, moderate or high.
You see it while there is still time to swap the bread or halve the rice. No CGM, glucometer or food scale needed.
Free to download on iOS and Android.

Three ways FITXP helps with prediabetes
Find out which meals push your blood sugar up
Every meal gets a spike score and the reason behind it — too many carbohydrates, too much sugar, too little fiber, a late meal or no movement afterwards — with a suggestion for next time.
Make a short walk count
Log a walk after a meal and FITXP lowers that meal’s estimated spike. A brisk 15 minutes within half an hour of eating can take off up to a quarter.
See your whole day on one curve
The daily impact curve marks every meal’s estimated peak, and a top tip for the day tells you which change to make first.

FITXP scores your food and your exercise every day
One screen shows your calories, protein, water, steps, exercise and supplements against your targets, with a score for your diet, your exercise and your day overall. Check it before dinner and you still have time to close the gap.

Questions about FITXP for prediabetes
Can FITXP show how a meal affects my blood sugar without a CGM?
Yes, as an estimate. FITXP analyzes a photo of your meal to estimate its carbohydrates, sugar, fiber, protein and fat, then scores its likely blood sugar impact as low, moderate or high, adjusted for prediabetes. It is calculated from the meal’s nutrition, not measured, so you don’t need a CGM or glucometer — and it is not a glucose reading.
Does walking after a meal lower blood sugar?
Research shows light walking after eating lowers post-meal blood glucose, and FITXP builds that in: log a walk within two hours of a meal and its estimated spike goes down. The effect is largest within 30 minutes of eating — a brisk 15-minute walk lowers the estimate by up to a quarter.
What should I track with prediabetes?
Carbohydrates, sugar and fiber, with protein alongside — these are what FITXP’s Blood Sugar Impact estimate is built from, so FITXP highlights them for prediabetes. Every meal still records calories, fat, saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol too.
Does FITXP adjust for prediabetes?
Yes. Choose prediabetes when you sign up and your Blood Sugar Impact estimates are adjusted for it, your goal is to keep your day in the Stable zone, and your carbohydrate, protein and fat targets are rebalanced if carbohydrate would make up too large a share of your calories.
Is FITXP free?
FITXP is free to download on iOS and Android. Logging meals and AI analysis are part of FITXP Pro, a subscription. Whatever you log stays readable for as long as you keep your account, subscribed or not.
