FitXP Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

• Nutrition and macro analysis
• Fitness tracking and recommendations
• Estimated blood sugar responses and trends
• AI-powered guidance and insights
• Trainer/coach access features (where applicable)

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services
• Introduce new features or remove existing ones
• Restrict access without notice

4. User Data and Content

You may provide:

• Dietary and nutrition data
• Fitness and activity data
• Body measurements
• Health-related information (e.g., diabetes, cholesterol)
• Other personal inputs

Ownership

• You retain ownership of your data

License to FitXP

You grant FitXP a:

• Worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license

to use, process, store, analyze, and improve the Services using your data.

Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your data
• FitXP does not verify user-provided data

5. AI and Data Limitations

FitXP uses artificial intelligence and predictive models.

You acknowledge:

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased
• Blood sugar predictions are estimates only
• Recommendations are based on limited user inputs

You agree:

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
