DAILY SCORE & SUMMARY

How to get your daily score and summary

Three small plates in a row on dark slate — a full day of eating at a glance

Your daily score turns a day of logging into three numbers out of ten, plus a written breakdown of why. It appears once you mark the day finished — which is the step most people miss.

  1. Log the day first

The score is calculated from what you record, so it only means something once the day is in. Meals, exercise, steps and — if you have switched them on — water and supplements all feed into it.

  2. Tap Complete Diary

At the top of the Diary, under the date, is a Complete Diary button. Tap it when you have finished logging. Until you do there is no score on the screen at all — this is the step to know about, because nothing prompts you to take it. The button also flips back, so you can reopen a day and add something you forgot.

  3. Read TODAY'S SCORES

The scores card appears as soon as the day is marked complete, with three rings:

    • DIETYour meals against your calorie and macro targets
    • EXERCISEYour steps and any workouts you logged
    • OVERALLThe average of the two
  4. Tap VIEW TODAY'S PERFORMANCE

The button sits under the rings and opens the full page for that day.

  5. Check the breakdown

BREAKDOWN lists every input against its target — calories, protein, water, steps, exercise sessions and supplements taken. This is the part worth reading: it shows exactly which input pulled the score down, rather than leaving you to guess.

  6. Read the write-up

Below the breakdown, FITXP writes the day up in sections — whether you are on track, what you did well, what you can improve, anything worth flagging, and the single change most worth making tomorrow. It is generated from that day’s actual entries, so it gets more useful the more completely you log.

WORTH KNOWING

  • Green is roughly 7 and above, amber 4 to 7, red below 4. A single red day matters far less than the direction across a week.
  • An empty day scores low because nothing was recorded, not because you did badly. Missing days are gaps, not failures.
  • Completing the day is also what counts towards your streak, so it is worth doing even on a day you would rather not look at.
  • You can change what counts: water and supplements are each optional inputs, set in Goals.
