How to set custom goals

Your targets decide what a good day looks like, so they drive your diet score. You can have FITXP calculate them from your body and your goal weight, or override every number by hand.
Open Goals
Tap GOALS in the bottom bar, or go to Profile and choose GOALS. Both land in the same place.
Set where you are heading
Enter your target weight and a TARGET DATE. FITXP warns you if the pace is faster than the generally recommended half to one kilo a week — the warning is advisory, and you can proceed.
Choose how your targets are set
Under HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO SET YOUR TARGETS? there are two modes:
- AI RECOMMENDCalculated from your body, activity level and goal
- MANUALYou set every number yourself
Enter your own numbers, if you chose MANUAL
SET YOUR CUSTOM DAILY TARGETS gives you calories, protein and carbs. This is the mode to use if a doctor or dietitian has given you specific numbers — those should always win over a calculated estimate.
Set your step goal and what else counts
STEPS PER DAY sets your movement target, which feeds the exercise half of your score. Two switches — INCLUDE WATER IN SCORE and INCLUDE SUPPLEMENTS IN SCORE — decide whether those also count.
WORTH KNOWING
- Changing your targets changes your diet score from that point on. It does not rewrite days you have already logged.
- If a clinician has given you a carb target, use MANUAL. The calculated figure is a general estimate and knows nothing about your treatment.
- A step goal you actually hit most days is more useful than an aspirational one you never reach.
